PARLOUR is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences centered on locally crafted pizza and pints. You will manage front- and back-of-house, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across franchise collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring strict compliance with PARLOUR standards.
• Coordinate Front of the House and Back of the House operations seamlessly.
• Deliver superior service, maximizing customer satisfaction while upholding franchise protocols.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team that embodies PARLOUR values.
• Cultivate a positive team culture based on core values: People, Empowerment, Recognition, Open Communication.
• Conduct staff meetings and training to elevate performance.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to create a harmonious dining experience.

• Create detailed revenue and expense reports per PARLOUR standards.
