Job summary

PARLOUR in Kentucky is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold brand standards, delivering exceptional dining experiences centered around locally crafted pizza and pints.

You will oversee Front of the House and Back of the House, manage financials, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with PARLOUR's hospitality standards. A competitive salary plus bonus and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe certification.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead teams.
• Strong financial reporting and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of local marketing and brand promotion.
