PARLOUR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a diverse team, and uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee service quality, staff training, and collaboration between front and back of house to ensure smooth operations and consistent brand standards.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, reporting, and maintaining high levels of sanitation and safety while fostering a positive, guest-centric atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• Proven experience in restaurant management, leadership, and staff development.
• Strong customer service focus and guest experience orientation.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and local brand promotion.
• Experience in financial management, reporting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure adherence to PARLOUR standards.
• Coordinate Front of the House and Back of the House activities for smooth service.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH staff to deliver a memorable dining experience.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing revenue/expense reports and monitor costs.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with brand standards.
• Organize shifts and assist with performance evaluations and coaching.
