Job summary

PARLOUR is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Kentucky to oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance. You will collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences, while upholding PARLOUR standards and local branding.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in restaurant management, a Serve Safe certification, and strong skills in operations, reporting, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Experience in staff recruitment and training.
• Knowledge of local branding and marketing.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure adherence to PARLOUR standards.
• Coordinate Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for a seamless dining experience.
• Assist in controlling costs and preparing revenue/expense reports.
• Maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Organize shifts and monitor performance reviews.
• Communicate with franchise HQ and local staff on new initiatives.
