• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Stamina for physical tasks; standing long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests; respond to questions and complaints.
• Monitor staffing levels; recruit and select employees.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff; ensure training processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas.
• Maintain stock levels and inventory integrity.
