Job summary

Tic Tac Taco is seeking a Shift Lead in Ohio to model service standards, lead the team, and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will manage guest experience, train staff, and ensure cleanliness and inventory control.

This role requires 1+ year of leadership in retail or food service, strong communication, and familiarity with POS systems. Physical tasks and compliance with food safety are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Operations – Comfortable with leading, inventory, and basic store systems.
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.
• Customer focus – Committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Stamina and mobility - physical tasks are part of the role: bending, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with guests and the community; responds to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Trains, develops, and coaches employees.
• Ensure cleanliness of the facility (indoor and outdoor).
• Maintain stock levels and inventory integrity.
• Comply with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• Holds restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements.
