Tic Tac Taco is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive team performance. You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance to brand standards while maintaining cleanliness and inventory integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, 2+ years in management, and familiarity with POS systems. You will build a positive, community-focused environment and promote internal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building abilities.
• Operational know-how: inventory, scheduling, vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset, calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
• Tech comfort with POS systems, scheduling tools, Word, Excel, Email.
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Values-driven: honesty, respect, community focus.
• Stamina and mobility for physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Interacts with guests and community; responds to questions and complaints professionally.
• Monitors staffing levels; recruits and selects employees to fit profiles.
• Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employee performance; ensures training systems are followed.
• Ensure cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas.
• Maintain stock levels and inventory integrity.
• Comply with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• Hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality per brand standards.
