Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices with Chipotle training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including schedule creation, P&L control, and sales forecasting.
