You will oversee scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting, while delivering delicious, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. The role requires weekend coverage and a commitment to guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management is required.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop staff.
• Proven leadership and guest service excellence.
• Financial acumen including P&L and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team with guest obsession and hospitality.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and positive guest experience.
• Manage employee lifecycle including recruiting and performance.
• Train crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and cash flow.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Drive sales through local marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance and achieve annual sales targets.
• Cover lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to lead all hours.
