M&M Custard, LLC, the Freddy's franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive financial results, and build a high-performing team.

You will report to the District Manager, oversee 25–40 team members, and manage training, scheduling, quality, service, and safety across all dayparts.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and consistent execution to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• 2–3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience required.
• Experience in QSR or fast-casual preferred.
• Knowledge of POS, BOH systems, inventory, and reporting tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
