Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers franchisee M&M Custard, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager (Restaurant Operations) to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and driving performance.

You will lead shifts, reinforce standards, and mentor Team Members and Shift Managers, building operational and leadership capabilities for a future General Manager role.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Supervisory or Shift Manager experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS, BOH systems, and operations.
• Experience with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant

operations, with a primary focus on executing daily operations, developing team members, and

driving consistent performance.

This role serves as a key member of the restaurant leadership team and is responsible for

leading shifts, reinforcing standards, and supporting the development of Team Members and

Shift Managers.

This position is designed for a leader who is preparing to advance to a General Manager role by

building strong operational and leadership capabilities.
