Job summary

Hudson Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a Zaxby’s restaurant. You will oversee people, culture, guest experience, operations and financial performance, taking ownership of results in a fast-paced setting.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, drive sales and maintain high standards for quality and service, while managing labor and costs and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant-management experience required.
• General Manager or comparable restaurant-leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, labor and cost management.
• Ability to review restaurant performance and develop improvement plans.
• Willingness to lead hands-on in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high operating standards.
• Ability to complete all required Zaxby’s training.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations

• Drive restaurant sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
• Ensure cash, deposits and other financial controls are handled accurately
• Maintain the restaurant’s equipment, facility and overall appearance
• Communicate restaurant performance, staffing and operational needs to above-store leadership
• Take ownership of the restaurant’s people, culture and results
