Job summary

Great Lakes Taco Bell in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train crew, and set the gold standard in guest experience. You will oversee operations, staffing, and development of leaders while championing Taco Bell’s culture.

This role features a 48-hour week with 40 hours regular pay and 8 hours overtime, plus a robust bonus plan, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement as you drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in restaurant or retail management with a proven track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance using P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
• Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.
• Able to recruit, motivate, and develop teams.
• Adheres to corporate policies and health & safety standards.
• Able to adapt to change and support change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations while delivering high-quality products and service.
• Recruit, onboard, and train Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop and oversee training programs for managers and team trainers.
• Recognize and reward top performers; address conflicts promptly.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach the management team.
• Lead product rollout meetings and ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability.
• Support advancement and maintain Taco Bell culture and values.
