Fogo de Chão is currently hiring a General Manager in Lone Tree, Colorado. You will oversee Restaurant Leaders and the Office Assistant, drive staffing, and lead efforts to grow group dining sales and events while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 5 years in restaurant operations and 3 years of churrasco knowledge, with a bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred. Travel is occasional; a strong leadership background is essential.

Mansioni

• Advise and oversee restaurant leaders (Front of House and Heart of House) and restaurant Office Assistant.

• Ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the restaurant.
