Qualifications

• At least 3 years General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Experience leading multi-unit or regional teams is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations and guest interaction.
• Understanding of cost and labor systems for profitability.
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Stable work history and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and manage costs across operations.
• Oversee financial and payroll administrative duties in line with policies.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service and address complaints to win back guests.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure quality.
