Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a large, high-volume restaurant team.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Experience driving sales and controlling costs in food & beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supplies, and labor.
• Ensure all financial and payroll administrative duties are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain a professional restaurant image, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service, address complaints, and convert dissatisfied guests to return customers.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, planning, and daily decision-making to maintain high quality of food and service.
