Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation in Greenville, SC. You will supervise and develop team members while upholding Shack hospitality and operational excellence.

You will manage inventory, quality, safety, and budgets, striving to meet profitability goals and drive sales while cultivating a strong team and guest experience in line with our standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management and health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated hospitality leadership and motivation.
• Strong leadership with coaching focus and excellence.
• Knowledge of financial aspects of business operations.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
