Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume environment. You will coach and develop team members, manage inventory, ensure safety compliance, and drive sales while meeting financial targets.

The role requires at least 3 years of GM experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of P&L responsibilities. Food handler certification preferred; flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
