Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation. You will coach and develop team members, oversee daily restaurant functions, and ensure top hospitality standards while driving sales and profitability.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, payroll, and compliance with health codes, partnering with local leadership to promote the brand in the community and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Strong leadership with coaching and excellence-focused mindset.
