This hands-on leader will guide a management team, uphold food safety and brand standards, and foster a positive culture that supports development and engagement.

The GM will work across departments, push continuous improvement, and be eligible for a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the casual dining/restaurants industry.
• Restaurant industry experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).
