Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant management (QSR preferred).
• Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train and supervise restaurant staff.
• Oversee compensation levels and payroll per guidelines.
• Manage all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and guest/employee issue resolution.
• Plan and forecast food, labor, and inventory to optimize costs and quality.
• Lead team meetings and maintain records and reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance.
