Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor laws and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Crew and management team to meet operational standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage staffing levels.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and delivered with high guest satisfaction.
• Interview and hire restaurant staff to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Generate operational reports and take corrective actions for trends.
