Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will train and supervise crew and management, manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and payroll records, and ensure compliance with policies and health regulations. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and marketing plan execution to improve performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Willingness to work a five-day week with nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs and trains Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in employees to meet standards.
• Monitors compliance with employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Prepare operational reports and action plans to address trends.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan to drive sales.
