Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state where the team member works, proof of insurance
• Skills: Cash management; planning and organization; effective communication

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products and services by maintaining standards and responding to customer concerns promptly.
• Recruit and train staff, ensure staffing levels, and manage performance.
• Achieve sales goals through customer service, local marketing, and community presence.
• Control costs and optimize inventory, food quality, labor, and safety to meet budgets and protect assets.
