You will coach hourly employees, uphold Carolina Hospitality, and build strong community relationships as a brand ambassador. Expect regular communication with Home Office and guests, plus strict adherence to policies and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safety, training, administration, sales, and profitability of the restaurant.
• Partner with management to schedule staff, manage performance, and execute action plans.
• Coach hourly employees to achieve individual and shift success.
• Maintain Carolina Hospitality and ensure a solution-driven team.
• Communicate with Home Office, supervisors, and guests regularly and effectively.
• Build relationships within the community as an ambassador of the brand.
• Adhere to laws, policies, and company standards.
• Control cost of sales and controllable expenses through shift controls.
