Team Lyders Payroll Inc, franchisee of Taco Bell, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its Ohio locations. You will coach and mentor the team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and drive profits within brand standards and policies.

You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, food safety, and daily operations while building bench strength and delivering growth through coaching and performance feedback. A strong leader with 2–4 years of P&L experience will thrive here.

Formación

• Leadership experience (2–4 years) in QSR/retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building track record.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends.

• Maintain facilities to brand standards and perform preventive maintenance.
