Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a General Manager in a restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification; IL detail applies
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage dynamic teams

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop shop team members
• Schedule Associates, Certified Trainers and Shift Leaders
• Maintain Good Vibes culture and strong shop marketing to drive sales
• Control costs, inventory, and fulfill P&L responsibilities
• Ensure health, safety, and food safety standards are met
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards
• Lead community engagement and local marketing efforts
• Prepare and manage shift schedules and labor goals
• Oversee cash handling and security procedures
• Maintain deadlines and prioritize tasks on the shop floor
