Job summary

PEC Management, the area's largest Burger King Franchisee, is looking for a General Manager to lead our team! The General Manager will be key to our business, responsible for managing the team and achieving sales goals while maintaining high standards of operation and customer focus.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will drive employee development, retention, and ensure systems are in place to meet operational and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
• Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
• Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
