Job summary

PEC Management, the area's largest Burger King Franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead our team. You will be accountable for staffing, training, and coaching while driving sales and maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will oversee restaurant operations, manage food and labor costs, and ensure adherence to company programs and processes. This role offers growth opportunities within a family-owned franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
• Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
• Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
