Job summary

PEC Management, the area's largest Burger King Franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional guest service.

You will be accountable for selecting and developing staff, managing the restaurant's P&L, and executing marketing and training programs. The role offers growth opportunities within a family-oriented company and competitive wages with a monthly incentive program.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
• Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
• Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
