PEC Management, the area's largest Burger King Franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional customer experience at our restaurant. You will oversee operations, coach staff, and ensure strong financial performance while upholding our family-owned values and growth opportunities.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on training, marketing execution, and maintaining daily controls.

Competenze

Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
High School diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
Requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds
Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
