Job summary

PEC Management, the area's largest Burger King Franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead our team and uphold a customer-focused atmosphere while ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence in the restaurant.

You will be responsible for driving sales goals, developing staff, maintaining retention, and ensuring all systems are in place to achieve business objectives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
• Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
• Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
