Job summary

PEC Management, the area’s largest Burger King Franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant team and uphold customer-focused standards while driving operational excellence. You will be accountable for sales goals, employee development, retention, and ensuring all systems run efficiently.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in a management or supervisory role in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Requires lifting 30 to 50 pounds.
• Physical motions including pushing, pulling and repetitive use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
• Responsible for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
• Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
• Achieve sales goals, develop employees, maintain retention, and ensure systems are in place.
