Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest experiences, and manage a high-performing team. You will oversee the management group, train staff, ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes, and monitor profitability through P&L analysis.

You will also drive local marketing, community outreach, and fundraising efforts, while fostering a culture of excellence and growth for team members at the Wisconsin location.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, and analyze Profit & Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and community connections.
• Oversee fundraising activities and community involvement.
• Create legendary guest experiences while driving operational excellence.
