MAD Greens - Eat Better is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive high performance in a fast-paced environment. You will manage staffing, training, and policy execution to sustain our culture of hospitality and teamwork.

You will recruit and develop a motivated team, oversee training programs, and ensure safety, financial controls, and guest service standards are consistently met. This role emphasizes culture as a driver of store success.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a manager within a restaurant operations environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Able to work all shifts to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Staff fully staffed with a high-caliber, culture-fit team and lead training standards.
• Provide consistent leadership during business hours.
• Train staff on The Cookbook and ensure proper usage.
• Oversee BOH procedures training for new hourly team members.
• Oversee FOH procedures training for new hourly team members.
• Manage recruitment, training, and menu knowledge for MAD Greens store employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and accountability through PM processes.
• Lead store meetings communicating company and area initiatives.
• Uphold MAD Greens safety procedures and create a safety-focused culture.
• Manage inventory levels and forecast sales trends.
• Ensure cash policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Foster hospitality culture and develop a passionate, dedicated team.
• Model MAD Greens procedures, policies, and accountability.
