Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant in delivering bold Louisiana flavor and top-tier guest service. You will guide daily operations, support a high-energy team, and drive financial and operational excellence.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage costs, ensure safety and quality, and lead local marketing efforts to grow sales while upholding Popeyes values and culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or AGM
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values
