Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food. You will drive team performance, manage inventory and costs, and foster a positive, fast-paced work culture aligned with Popeyes values.

As a senior leader, you’ll recruit, train, and develop talent, uphold health and safety standards, and implement local marketing initiatives to grow sales.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values.
