Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily store operations in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will partner with the District Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and coach front- and back-of-house teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a strong guest-service mentality, and a track record of operational excellence. Flexible schedules including weekends and nights are required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, schedule team members in partnership with District Manager.
• Coach and discipline staff; manage performance with HR.
• Set job expectations; monitor performance and compensation actions.
• Communicate with District Manager on operational issues.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections and inventory controls.
• Resolve food prep issues and handle customer service gracefully.
