Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an excellent full-time General Manager to join the management team in Absecon, NJ. The GM will work with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead front- and back-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities; able to drive customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the District Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage front- and back-of-house teams.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop staff; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance, conduct coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance; manage inventory and costs.
