Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of previous management experience in casual dining preferred.
• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• Experience teaching and training staff.
• Experience in budgeting and cost controls is desirable.
• ServSafe or food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
• Lead front- and back-of-house teams and supervise staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and financial performance.
• Ensure food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
