Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management.

• Hands-on daily restaurant operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: recruit, hire, train, and coach restaurant staff and management teams.
• Operational Oversight: manage day-to-day operations and enforce policies for smooth service.
• Financial Management: oversee budgets, payroll, and sales performance.
• Customer Experience: ensure high-quality guest experiences and promptly resolve concerns.
• Strategic Planning: develop and execute plans to drive growth and meet objectives.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
