Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Stonecrest, GA is seeking a General Manager to oversee a profitable, fully compliant restaurant operation. You will lead a high-energy team, hire and train staff, and ensure exceptional guest service and safety standards in a fast casual setting.

The GM will manage food and labor costs, interpret P&L statements, and drive sales growth while upholding company policies and values. Weekend and some nights are required, with a focus on community engagement and local marketing.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude, be ready to manage the team and serve customers with a smile.
• Hire, train and motivate a high-performance team.
• Understand and manage food and labor costs.
• Understand a Profit and Loss Statement and operate restaurant at maximum profitability.
• 1+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, hour and wage regulations and safety standards.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to achieve superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Drive profitability through food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
• Lead staff staffing and development for the restaurant, including supervising the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
• Participate in local restaurant marketing and community engagement.
