Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Experience as Assistant Manager/General Manager with P&L experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays; long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and train employees to meet brand standards.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, and internal talent development.
• Monitor guest service, food quality, and safety compliance.
• Analyze financial performance and drive sales growth.
• Ensure cash handling, budgeting, and cost control procedures.
• Coordinate shifts, inventory, and store operations.
• Resolve guest concerns and promote guest recovery.
