Job summary

Maggiano's, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks a General Manager to own the full operation of the restaurant, including people, product, and performance. You will lead a team of managers and Teammates to deliver exceptional Guest experiences while driving financial success.

You will build culture, develop future leaders, and have the autonomy to run the restaurant with support to grow your career within the Brinker brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering strong business results.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and labor management.
• Passion for hospitality and developing people at all levels.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance and team development.
• Build and maintain a high-performing management team through coaching and accountability.
• Own the P&L — manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses to drive profitability.
• Champion Guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent food quality, service, and hospitality.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent while fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Develop community relationships and drive local marketing initiatives.
• Execute company initiatives and operational systems to deliver results.
