Job summary

Maggiano's, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to own the full operation of a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Scottsdale. You will lead a team of managers and Teammates to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and operational excellence.

You'll build a strong culture, develop future leaders, and provide the autonomy to run the restaurant with support from Brinker International. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience with P&L and cost controls.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset.

The Role

As a General Manager, you own the full operation — the people, the product, and the performance. You'll lead a team of managers and Teammates to deliver an exceptional Guest experience while driving the financial success of the restaurant. This is where hospitality leadership meets business ownership.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

5+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, including P&L responsibility

Proven track record of leading teams and delivering strong business results

Deep understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and labor management

Passion for hospitality and developing people at all levels

Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
