Maggiano's, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Overland Park, KS to lead restaurant operations, teams, and the guest experience. You will drive financial performance and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, full-service setting.

You will be responsible for building a strong management team, delivering exceptional service, and aligning with company initiatives to ensure profitable results. The role offers autonomy with growth opportunities across the Brinker brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a full‑service restaurant.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and labor management.
• Passion for hospitality and developing people at all levels.
• Flexibility to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

The Role

As a General Manager, you own the full operation — the people, the product, and the performance. You'll lead a team of managers and Teammates to deliver an exceptional Guest experience while driving the financial success of the restaurant. This is where hospitality leadership meets business ownership.

What You'll Do
