Job summary

Maggiano's, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks a General Manager to own the full operation of the restaurant, including people, product, and performance. You will lead a team of managers and Teammates to deliver exceptional Guest experiences while driving financial success.

You will build culture, develop future leaders, and have the autonomy to run the restaurant with support to grow your career within the Brinker brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering strong business results.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and labor management.
• Passion for hospitality and developing people at all levels.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Role

As a General Manager, you own the full operation — the people, the product, and the performance. You'll lead a team of managers and Teammates to deliver an exceptional Guest experience while driving the financial success of the restaurant. This is where hospitality leadership meets business ownership.
