Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco’s Pizza locations, seeks a General Manager to lead store operations and drive sales while maintaining high standards for quality and service. Relocation is encouraged to support expansion, with emphasis on team development and profitability.

The General Manager will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and cost control, delivering an exceptional Guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service; drive sales and control costs.
• Develop store leadership, schedule effectively, and supervise payroll and benefits.
• Maintain product standards, inventory control, and sanitation.
• Ensure security and proper handling of deposits and cash.
