Capstone Restaurant Group in Bartonville, IL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, people development, and profitability.

You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, drive marketing execution, control costs, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld. This role reports to the District Manager and is vital to delivering Capstone's values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu boards.
• Ensure proper staffing and training through training programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during Business Hours as defined.
• Provide leadership with energy, enthusiasm, and company-focused commitment.
• Maintain inventory and equipment through approved vendors.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise staff according to policies in the operations manual.
• Develop and motivate managers and team members to reach their potential.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and escalate questions to the District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
