Donatos is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop people, and drive hospitality excellence. You will coach teams, manage onboarding, and ensure food safety and quality standards align with Donatos’ Mission and Promise.

Responsibilities include staffing decisions, cost controls, community engagement, and ensuring top-tier guest experiences. Strong leadership and operational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Level 2 ServSafe certification is required.
• External candidates: 1 year in a similar role preferred; Internal candidates: 6 months Donatos experience preferred, management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Empowers associates to resolve customer concerns to satisfaction.
• On-board and train new associates; communicate roles and responsibilities.
• Model and coach performance standards; lead staffing during all volume periods.
• Control cash, assets, and ensure adherence to policies; manage food costs and inventory.
